Your Perfect Fit, Guaranteed. At Velaro, we want you to walk with confidence. If your sandals aren't the perfect fit or style, we’ve made the return and exchange process simple and stress-free.

1. The 30-Day Window You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. We believe you should have plenty of time to ensure your Velaros feel just right.

2. Conditions for Return To be eligible for a return or exchange, your sandals must be:

• Unworn: Only tried on indoors on a carpeted surface. The soles must be pristine.
• Original Packaging: Must be returned in the original Velaro box.
• Tags Attached: All original tags and inserts must be included.

3. Easy Exchanges (Size Swaps) Wrong size? No problem. We offer one free size exchange per order. Just contact us at support@wearvelaro.shop , tell us your order number and the size you need, and we will get your new pair shipped out.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

5. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as "Final Sale."
• Sandals showing signs of outdoor wear or damage.
